Autostart bluetooth

Hi.
I had the same problem
I asked Acer and Microsoft
But solved it myself finally
use windows+r (RUN)
type msconfig and press enter
go to start up tab and remove the check mark of power management
click Ok and restart your Acer
issue solved

Have you tried going to Start > Run > type in bttray.exe

or Start > Run > services.msc and search for bluetooth in there and change it to automatic and restart your computer.
