Change to new Eclipse(4.12), maven search has empty result, but local repositories downloaded previously.

Having issue as title.

Key is Rebuild Index.

But experience only 1 of 2 the [Rebuild Index] is working.

Not working
[Reindex] in User Settings ( Window > Preferences > Maven > User Settings.)

Is working if
Do it from [Rebuild Index] as per Reference URL at below (which is Maven Repositories View )
