When you get the option to restore or update, choose Update. iTunes will try to reinstall iOS without erasing your data.

After install OS, iPhone will restart, and go into this: "Attempting data recovery"
Took 2hrs for:

1. Download itunes.
2. Install itunes.
3. Update iPhone 6 Plus, 128GB.
4. Turned off, force restart.
5. Update iPhone 6 Plus, 128GB.
6. Data recovery.
7. Update Completed on screen.
