The $RECYCLE.BIN directory can be deleted from Windows command line rmdir /q /s C:\$RECYCLE.BIN as described in the first answer to this similar question, although as a system virtual folder care should be taken. Also, it will get recreated upon deletion of files from the drive containing it.
Suspect Windows updates causing mouse become weird.
Bluetooth Mouse not moving suddenly.
after turn off and on back power at Mouse, red light off after awhile.
Windows 10 doesn't seems able to found any new device too. at this moment, touch pad still unable to be use ( configured disable touch pad after Bluetooth Mouse connected.)
After remove Bluetooth Mouse from devices, then touch pad can be, but Bluetooth still not working at Microsoft Windows 10
Restart 3rd time only bring back this bluetooth on button in Bluetooth & other devices.
Another restart, Bluetooth driver I deleted is back.
I managed to solve this myself by installing the "Generic Bluetooth adapter" driver.
Go to device manager and open Bluetooth
Select the Bluetooth adapter. In my case , my Dell XPS L502X came with "Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) 3.0+ High Speed Adapter" driver. Uninstall this default driver.
Scan for hardware changes. You see a unknown device, inside Other
Install a driver for this. While installling choose "Let me choose the best driver"
In the driver choice, I get the "Generic Bluetooth adapter" and the intel one.
Choose "Generic Bluetooth adapter" and install that
Viola, my mouse reconnects without any issues now. No problem with the Bluetooth speaker either
Tried to retrieved few laptop's Windows Product Keys, and use to install Windows 10.
ProduKey v1.93 - Recover lost Windows product key (CD-Key) and Office 2003/2007 product key.

To change the codepage for the console only, do the following:

If your product key isn't embedded in the firmware or you're missing your COA sticker, you're not out of luck as long as you haven't formatted your computer. You can still recover the key because Windows stores it in the registry. Here is how:
1. Open a new Notepad window
2. Copy and paste the following text into the window
Set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
MsgBox ConvertToKey(WshShell.RegRead("HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\DigitalProductId"))
Function ConvertToKey(Key)
Const KeyOffset = 52
i = 28
Chars = "BCDFGHJKMPQRTVWXY2346789"
Do
Cur = 0
x = 14
Do
Cur = Cur * 256
Cur = Key(x + KeyOffset) + Cur
Key(x + KeyOffset) = (Cur \ 24) And 255
Cur = Cur Mod 24
x = x -1
Loop While x >= 0
i = i -1
KeyOutput = Mid(Chars, Cur + 1, 1) & KeyOutput
If (((29 - i) Mod 6) = 0) And (i <> -1) Then
i = i -1
KeyOutput = "-" & KeyOutput
End If
Loop While i >= 0
ConvertToKey = KeyOutput
End Function
3. Click File > Save As and save the file to your desktop as productkey.vbs. It's important to include the .vbs extension because this is a Windows Scripting Host file.
4. Close Notepad and double-click the file. Wait a few seconds, and then you will be presented with a popup displaying your product key:
Here, -bootdata sets the boot information for EFI and BIOS, and -UDFVer sets the required UDF version. You set C:\Winrec_x64\ISO as the path to the folders for the ISO image, and C:\Winrec_x64\Winrec_2X.iso is the path and file name of the ISO image that will be created. After you create the ISO image, you can burn the ISO image to a DVD using a CD/DVD burning application.
