怀念很怀念。。。
星期六，与大学同学碰面了。。。
也都还好。。。　也没有什么感觉。。。
就像平常与朋友喝喝茶，聊聊天，沟通沟通彼此的状况。

Microsoft Words editing

to replace some characters to some other other characters or words, usually we use replace.
for some editing purpose i need to replace some characters to become new line, then i got this as solution: replace the characters with "^11". ^11 is works, and i don't need to do it manually by selecting those characters one by one to press enter to get new line.

牛奶
早上可以喝牛奶，這沒錯，但放在“第一杯”就錯了。

空腹喝牛奶不過是“穿腸而過”，胃來不及消化，小腸來不及吸收，牛奶的營養價值也就無從體現，還有人出現腸胃脹氣等“過敏”反應，更把好事變成壞事。

因此早上喝牛奶是作為"早餐"來用的，並且一定要配上碳水化合物同吃，才能充分發揮蛋白質的營養價值。
