Google'd with: Mi 9 MIUI 11 Camera
Found:[Q&A] Xiaomi Mi9 : MiUI11- Camera Macro mode works bad
What I did was clear cache and must restart Mi9.

Do not use browser back button after create Google Photo Albums.
As it will "uncreate" your created album, and all photos added won't existing as album.
